MB8Win Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MB8Win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mb8win.pro website and all services, products, and content provided by us ("Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and MB8Win Entertainment Sdn Bhd ("mb8win", "we", or "the company").

By accessing our website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of this Platform, you automatically agree to comply fully with these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To use the MB8Win Platform and participate in any games or betting activities, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age set in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any unauthorized third party.
• You are not located in a country or territory where online gambling is fully prohibited by law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have never been banned or suspended from using the MB8Win Platform or any other licensed gambling platform.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list from gambling activities in any jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at MB8Win. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, a valid mobile number, and your Malaysia bank account details.

3.3 KYC Verification

Mb8win conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card (MyKad), a recent utility bill, and other supporting documents. This process is typically completed within 24 hours.

3.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. MB8Win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Mb8win accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically credited to your account in under 1 minute.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your name.
• All bonus wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Fund Transfers

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

The rollover rate for each promotion is clearly stated on the respective promotions page. For example, a 10x rollover means you need to wager 10 times the value of the bonus received.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited.
• Colluding between accounts to accumulate or transfer bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Mb8win reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit winnings if abuse is confirmed.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirements are met will be automatically forfeited. mb8win is not responsible for notifying individual members of bonus expiry dates.

6. Game Rules

All games on the mb8win platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and audited by independent third parties. This ensures fair and random game outcomes with no manipulation.

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games is final once completed. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 48 hours of the game's completion. mb8win will review the game logs and the findings are final.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

If a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or system issue occurs during gameplay, mb8win will refund the original bet to your account if the game cannot be completed. We are not liable for any losses caused by disruptions on the player's end, such as internet or device issues.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the game interface. MB8Win reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time with appropriate notice.

7. Member Conduct

All mb8win members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility when using our platform. Unacceptable behaviour includes:

• Attempts to hack, manipulate, or exploit any bugs in the system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play.
• Language that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward staff or other members.
• Identity fraud or making false claims to the support team.
• Attempts to launder money or conduct other illegal activities through the platform.
• Sharing account information or allowing others to use your account.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your MB8Win account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been met and all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance after closure cannot be reclaimed.

8.2 Closure by MB8Win

Mb8win reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in cases of fraud, breach of Terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from authorities. In confirmed cases of violation, all related balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Members who feel they need a break from gambling activities may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their account portal or by contacting customer support. MB8Win fully supports this option as part of our commitment to responsible gaming.
